No. Creating your account and adding a payment method does not generate any charge. Bubble Fresh works on a pay-per-use basis, with no subscriptions or automatic monthly fees. You only pay when you confirm a pickup.
Each pickup costs $75. Your card is charged only when you confirm your pickup date using the payment method saved in your account.
The service includes pickup and delivery, washing based on your preferences, drying, folding, and vacuum-sealed packaging to help keep your clothes fresh.
Yes. With your first pickup, you will receive your official Bubble Fresh bag and a 20% discount, bringing your first pickup total to $60.00.
The bag stays with you, so you can fill it and request another pickup whenever you need one.
You may send as much laundry as fits inside your Bubble Fresh bag, as long as the zipper closes completely without being forced.
Yes. Each customer’s laundry is washed separately and is never mixed with anyone else’s clothing.
In addition, every Bubble Fresh bag has a unique QR code linked to the customer’s account. This allows us to identify and track the laundry throughout the entire pickup, washing, folding, and delivery process.
No. You may leave your closed bag in a safe and accessible location before your scheduled pickup. When your clean laundry is delivered, we will leave it in the location specified in your instructions.
