PAY-PER-USE SERVICE AND BILLING
Bubble Fresh operates on a pay-per-use basis.
Bubble Fresh does not charge monthly subscription fees or automatic recurring service charges.
Customers may create an account and add a payment method without being charged solely for registering or saving a payment method.
Customers choose when they want to request or schedule a pickup, subject to service availability.
Customers are charged when they confirm a paid pickup or otherwise authorize a charge for a Bubble Fresh service.
Each pickup is a separate service transaction.
The applicable price will be presented to the customer during the scheduling or checkout process before the service is confirmed.
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change from time to time. The price displayed and accepted by the customer when confirming the applicable transaction will apply to that transaction, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

EMAIL AND SMS COMMUNICATIONS
Email Communications
Bubble Fresh may use your email address to send account information, payment or billing notifications, pickup confirmations, pickup reminders, delivery updates, service changes, customer support responses, and promotional communications where permitted.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option included in the communication. Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not prevent Bubble Fresh from sending necessary transactional or service-related emails.
SMS Communications
When a customer provides a mobile phone number and affirmatively opts in through a separate checkbox that is not selected in advance, Bubble Fresh may send recurring automated SMS messages related to:

• Delivery notifications

Consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Bubble Fresh services.
Customers may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. After replying STOP, the customer may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless the customer later provides new consent or otherwise opts in again.

One-Time Verification Codes
Bubble Fresh may use Twilio Verify or another verification provider to send a one-time verification code when requested or required to confirm a mobile phone number, identity, registration, login attempt, or account access.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
