- These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.bubble-fresh.com and the laundry pickup, wash, dry, fold, delivery, subscription, and related services offered by Bubble Fresh Laundry MD LLC (“Bubble Fresh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
- By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, scheduling a pickup, submitting laundry for service, or otherwise using Bubble Fresh services, you agree to these Terms.
- Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
- 1. ABOUT BUBBLE FRESH
- Bubble Fresh Laundry MD LLC provides subscription-based laundry pickup and delivery services in selected service areas.
- Our standard residential service includes:
- Laundry pickup
- Washing
- Drying
- Folding
- Packaging of cleaned laundry
- Next-day delivery
- Laundry preferences
- Monthly subscription plans
- Bubble Fresh is not a dry-cleaning service.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bubble Fresh does not provide dry cleaning, ironing, pressing, garment repair, alteration, or specialized textile restoration services.
- Commercial laundry services may be subject to a separate quote, service agreement, or additional terms. If a separate written commercial agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate commercial agreement will control for that commercial service.
- 2. ELIGIBILITY
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create a Bubble Fresh account or purchase a subscription.
- By creating an account or using our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method associated with your account.
- 3. SERVICE AREA
- Bubble Fresh provides services only in ZIP codes and geographic areas currently approved for service.
- You may use our ZIP code verification system to determine whether service is available in your area.
- Service availability may change as Bubble Fresh expands, modifies delivery routes, or adjusts operational areas.
- If we do not currently serve your ZIP code, you may have the option to provide your name, ZIP code, and email address and request notification if service becomes available in your area.
- Submitting a service-area notification request does not guarantee that Bubble Fresh will expand to your ZIP code or provide service by a specific date.
- 4. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
- Certain Bubble Fresh services require a customer account.
- You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining a valid email address
- Maintaining a valid mobile phone number
- Providing an accurate pickup and delivery address
- Keeping your account information current
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
- Reviewing your subscription and service information
- You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless unauthorized access is caused by Bubble Fresh.

- 5. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
- Bubble Fresh offers monthly subscription plans.
- Available plans may include:
- Fresh One
- Fresh Plus
- Fresh Prime Family
- Fresh Ultra
- Each plan includes a specific number of laundry pickups available during the applicable monthly billing cycle.
- Fresh One includes 1 pickup per monthly billing cycle.
- Fresh Plus includes 2 pickups per monthly billing cycle.
- Fresh Prime Family includes 3 pickups per monthly billing cycle.
- Fresh Ultra includes 4 pickups per monthly billing cycle.
- All residential subscription plans use one official Bubble Fresh laundry bag per customer.
- The difference between plans is the number of eligible pickups available during the monthly billing cycle.
- A higher pickup plan does not provide multiple official Bubble Fresh bags unless Bubble Fresh expressly states otherwise.
- 6. CUSTOMER-CONTROLLED PICKUP SCHEDULING
- Bubble Fresh pickups are not automatically scheduled on fixed recurring dates.
- Customers decide when to schedule the pickups available under their subscription plan.
- For example, a customer with two available pickups during a monthly billing cycle may schedule those pickups when needed, subject to service availability and scheduling options shown through the Bubble Fresh customer platform.
- Bubble Fresh does not automatically collect laundry every Monday, every week, every two weeks, or on another fixed recurring schedule unless Bubble Fresh and the customer expressly agree otherwise.
- Customers must schedule each requested pickup through the available Bubble Fresh scheduling system.
- Pickup availability may vary based on:
- Service area
- Route capacity
- Operating days
- Scheduling availability
- Weather
- Safety conditions
- Operational circumstances
- A subscription does not guarantee that every date or pickup window requested by a customer will be available.
- 7. MONTHLY BILLING CYCLE AND UNUSED PICKUPS
- Available pickups are based on the customer's active monthly subscription plan.
- Unless Bubble Fresh expressly states otherwise, unused pickups expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle.
- Unused pickups do not automatically roll over to a future billing cycle.
- Unused pickups:
- Have no cash value
- May not be sold
- May not be transferred to another customer
- May not be exchanged for cash
- May not be combined to submit multiple bags during a single pickup unless Bubble Fresh expressly approves the service
- One scheduled residential pickup covers one official Bubble Fresh laundry bag.
- Items placed outside the official Bubble Fresh bag are not included in the standard subscription pickup.
- 8. OFFICIAL BUBBLE FRESH LAUNDRY BAG
- Bubble Fresh residential subscription services are based on the capacity of the official Bubble Fresh laundry bag.
- The official Bubble Fresh bag is approximately:
- 30 x 12 x 12 inches
- 20-gallon capacity
- Bubble Fresh does not impose a pound-based weight limit on permitted laundry placed inside the official Bubble Fresh bag.
- All laundry must:
- Fit completely inside the official Bubble Fresh bag
- Be permitted under these Terms
- Allow the bag to close securely
- The bag must not be intentionally altered, expanded, torn, or modified to increase its capacity.
- Laundry or other items placed outside the bag are not included in the standard subscription service.
- An overfilled bag that cannot close securely may be refused or returned for correction.
- 9. ONE BAG PER CUSTOMER
- Each residential subscription customer receives or is assigned one official Bubble Fresh laundry bag for use with the subscription service.
- The same official Bubble Fresh bag is used for each scheduled pickup.
- For example, a Fresh Ultra subscription includes four available pickups during the monthly billing cycle but does not include four separate official Bubble Fresh bags.
- Each eligible pickup allows the customer to submit the official Bubble Fresh bag once.
- 10. LOST OR DAMAGED OFFICIAL BAG
- Customers are responsible for reasonably caring for the official Bubble Fresh bag while it is in their possession.
- If the official bag is lost, intentionally damaged, improperly altered, or becomes unusable due to customer misuse, Bubble Fresh may require a replacement bag before future pickups can continue.
- If a replacement fee applies, the amount will be disclosed to the customer before the replacement charge is processed.
- Bubble Fresh will not charge a replacement fee without providing notice of the applicable charge.
- 11. PERMITTED LAUNDRY
- Customers may submit washable laundry that fits completely inside the official Bubble Fresh bag and allows the bag to close securely.
- Permitted items may include:
- Washable clothing
- Everyday washable garments
- Washable bedding
- Washable sheets
- Washable blankets
- Comforters
- Bedding and comforters are permitted only when they fit completely inside the official Bubble Fresh bag and the bag closes securely.
- The official bag capacity rule continues to apply regardless of the type of permitted laundry submitted.
- 12. PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Customers must not place prohibited items in the official Bubble Fresh bag.
- Prohibited items include:
- Items labeled “Dry Clean Only”
- Shoes
- Leather
- Suede
- Pillows
- Curtains
- Rugs
- Stuffed toys
- Wet items
- Moldy items
- Items contaminated with bodily fluids
- Items contaminated with chemicals
- Bubble Fresh may refuse to process any item that we reasonably believe:
- Is prohibited
- Presents a safety risk
- Presents a contamination risk
- May damage other laundry
- May damage laundry equipment
- Requires a service Bubble Fresh does not offer
- Prohibited items may be separated from the laundry and returned without being processed.
- The inclusion of a prohibited item does not require Bubble Fresh to process that item.
- Repeated submission of prohibited, unsafe, or contaminated items may result in suspension or termination of service.
- 13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR POCKETS AND PERSONAL ITEMS
- Customers must check and completely empty all pockets before submitting laundry.
- Customers are responsible for removing personal property, including:
- Cash
- Coins
- Jewelry
- Keys
- Identification documents
- Credit or debit cards
- Electronic devices
- Earbuds
- Medication
- Receipts
- Documents
- Pens
- Markers
- Cosmetics
- Sharp objects
- Any other personal item
- Bubble Fresh is not responsible for personal property left inside pockets or mixed with laundry except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Items left in pockets may cause:
- Stains
- Ink transfer
- Color transfer
- Melting
- Tearing
- Equipment damage
- Damage to other garments
- To the extent permitted by law, Bubble Fresh is not responsible for damage caused by an item that the customer left inside a pocket or submitted with the laundry.
- If Bubble Fresh identifies personal property during processing, we may make reasonable efforts to secure and return the item.
- Bubble Fresh does not guarantee that personal property left in laundry will be identified or recovered.
- 14. LAUNDRY PREFERENCES
- Customers may select available laundry preferences through their Bubble Fresh account or service setup.
- Available preferences may include:
- Scented detergent
- Hypoallergenic detergent
- Fabric softener preference
- Bleach preference, where available
- Bubble Fresh will make reasonable efforts to process laundry according to the preferences selected in the customer's account.
- Customers are responsible for keeping laundry preferences current before scheduling a pickup.
- Changes made after laundry has already been collected or processing has begun may not apply to that service.
- Bubble Fresh cannot guarantee that laundry facilities, machines, equipment, transportation surfaces, or processing environments are completely free from previous contact with scented products, detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, allergens, or other laundry products.
- Customers with severe allergies, medical sensitivities, or specialized textile-care requirements should carefully consider whether the Bubble Fresh service is appropriate for their needs.
- 15. STANDARD LAUNDRY PROCESSING
- Bubble Fresh will use reasonable care when processing customer laundry.
- Laundry may be:
- Reviewed
- Sorted
- Washed
- Dried
- Folded
- Packaged
- Processing methods may be selected based on:
- Customer preferences
- Garment care information
- Laundry type
- Fabric characteristics
- Color
- Operational requirements
- Reasonable laundry-care practices
- Bubble Fresh does not guarantee removal of every stain, odor, discoloration, or existing condition.
- Some stains or odors may remain after normal laundering.
- 16. CARE LABELS AND GARMENT CONDITION
- Customers are responsible for submitting items appropriate for standard wash, dry, and fold service.
- Customers should review garment care labels before placing items in the Bubble Fresh bag.
- Bubble Fresh may rely on visible garment care information when reasonably available.
- Bubble Fresh is not a dry cleaner and does not accept items labeled “Dry Clean Only.”
- Customers should not submit items requiring specialized cleaning processes that Bubble Fresh does not offer.
- 17. NORMAL WEAR, FABRIC CHARACTERISTICS, AND PREEXISTING DAMAGE
- Laundry processing may reveal or worsen preexisting weaknesses in garments or textiles.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bubble Fresh is not responsible for loss or damage caused solely by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Preexisting damage
- Weak or deteriorated fabric
- Loose stitching
- Existing holes or tears
- Manufacturer defects
- Poor-quality dyes
- Non-colorfast fabric
- Color bleeding caused by inherent fabric characteristics
- Shrinkage caused by fabric characteristics or manufacturer care limitations
- Decorative items that detach during normal washing or drying
- Damaged zippers
- Loose buttons
- Weak elastic
- Aging fabric
- Adhesives or printed designs that deteriorate during normal laundering
- Items improperly labeled by the manufacturer
- Undisclosed special-care requirements
- Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
- 18. STAIN REMOVAL
- Bubble Fresh does not guarantee complete stain removal.
- Some stains may be permanent or may require specialized treatment that is outside the scope of standard wash, dry, and fold service.
- Bubble Fresh may process laundry using reasonable standard laundry practices but is not required to use specialized stain restoration, dry-cleaning chemicals, or garment restoration methods.
- 19. PICKUP LOCATION
- Customers must provide a safe, legal, and reasonably accessible pickup location.
- The customer may be asked to identify a designated location where the official Bubble Fresh bag will be left.
- Customers do not need to be home for a standard unattended pickup.
- The customer is responsible for:
- Providing an accurate address
- Providing accurate access instructions
- Leaving the official Bubble Fresh bag at the designated location
- Making the bag reasonably accessible during the selected pickup window
- Keeping pets or other conditions from creating an unsafe pickup environment
- Bubble Fresh drivers are not required to enter a customer's residence to collect laundry.
- Bubble Fresh may refuse or reschedule a pickup when:
- The location is unsafe
- The address is incorrect
- The bag is not available
- Access is blocked
- Required access information is missing or incorrect
- A person or animal creates a safety concern
- Weather conditions create an unreasonable risk
- The bag contains visible prohibited or unsafe material
- 20. UNATTENDED PICKUP
- When a customer chooses or uses an unattended pickup location, the customer is responsible for the laundry before Bubble Fresh takes possession of the official Bubble Fresh bag.
- To the extent permitted by law, Bubble Fresh is not responsible for theft, loss, weather exposure, or damage occurring before Bubble Fresh collects the bag.
- Bubble Fresh assumes responsibility for the bag and accepted laundry when the bag is collected into Bubble Fresh's custody.
- 21. DELIVERY
- Standard Bubble Fresh residential service includes next-day delivery.
- Laundry is generally scheduled to be returned the next day after pickup and processing.
- Next-day delivery may be affected by circumstances including:
- Severe weather
- Unsafe driving conditions
- Road closures
- Building access issues
- Equipment problems
- Utility interruptions
- Unexpected laundry-processing conditions
- Operational emergencies
- Events beyond Bubble Fresh's reasonable control
- If a delay occurs, Bubble Fresh may provide an update by email or SMS when reasonably possible.
- A delay does not automatically constitute loss of the laundry.
- 22. UNATTENDED DELIVERY
- Customers may receive laundry at the designated delivery location associated with their account or service instructions.
- After Bubble Fresh completes delivery at the customer-designated location and records delivery through its normal delivery process, the customer is responsible for retrieving and securing the delivered laundry.
- To the extent permitted by law, Bubble Fresh is not responsible for theft, loss, weather exposure, or damage occurring after completed delivery at the customer-designated location, unless caused by Bubble Fresh.
- Customers should select a reasonably safe and protected delivery location.
- 23. EMAIL AND SMS SERVICE NOTIFICATIONS
- Bubble Fresh may communicate with customers by email or SMS for service-related purposes.
- Service communications may include:
- Account information
- Subscription information
- Payment notifications
- Pickup confirmations
- Pickup reminders
- Driver or route updates
- Delivery notifications
- Service delays
- Customer support responses
- Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
- Failure to receive an email or SMS because of incorrect customer information, spam filtering, mobile carrier issues, device settings, or other circumstances outside Bubble Fresh's reasonable control does not automatically cancel a scheduled service or payment.
- Bubble Fresh does not currently provide customer support by telephone call.
- Customer support is available through:

- 24. PRICING
- Subscription prices are displayed on the Bubble Fresh website, signup process, or checkout page.
- The price presented to the customer before payment will apply to the applicable transaction or subscription, subject to these Terms.
- Applicable taxes, fees, promotional discounts, or other charges will be displayed when required.
- Bubble Fresh may change subscription pricing in the future.
- Price changes will not be applied retroactively to a completed billing transaction.
- When required by applicable law, customers will receive appropriate notice of changes affecting future recurring charges.
- 25. FIRST-MONTH PROMOTIONS
- Bubble Fresh may offer a first-month promotional discount to eligible new customers.
- When offered, the promotional amount and conditions will be displayed on the website, signup process, or checkout page.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- The promotion applies only to eligible new customers
- The promotion applies only to the first applicable billing cycle
- The promotion has no cash value
- The promotion may not be duplicated through multiple customer accounts
- The standard subscription price applies to later billing cycles
- Creating multiple accounts or using false information to obtain a new-customer promotion more than once may result in cancellation of the promotion or suspension of the account.
- 26. PAYMENT PROCESSING
- Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
- By subscribing to Bubble Fresh, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process charges associated with your subscription and approved services using the payment method provided.
- Bubble Fresh does not directly store complete payment card numbers or complete card security codes.
- Stripe or another applicable payment processor may send payment receipts, invoices, or payment confirmations to the email address associated with the transaction.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
- 27. RECURRING MONTHLY BILLING
- Bubble Fresh subscription plans are recurring monthly subscriptions.
- By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method associated with your subscription until the subscription is canceled or otherwise terminated.
- The subscription price and applicable promotional pricing will be presented during signup or checkout.
- After an eligible first-month promotion ends, the subscription will continue at the applicable regular monthly subscription price shown to the customer, unless the subscription is canceled or changed.
- Customers should review subscription pricing and billing information before completing checkout.
- 28. FAILED PAYMENTS
- If a subscription payment fails, Bubble Fresh or its payment processor may attempt to process the payment again.
- Bubble Fresh may:
- Notify the customer
- Pause subscription access
- Suspend pickup scheduling
- Postpone a scheduled service
- Request an updated payment method
- Bubble Fresh is not required to process a new pickup while the customer's subscription payment remains unpaid.
- A failed payment does not create a right to receive laundry service without payment.
- 29. CHANGING A SUBSCRIPTION PLAN
- Customers may have the ability to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan through the Bubble Fresh customer platform.
- The effective date, pricing, available pickups, and billing treatment of a plan change may be displayed to the customer before the change is confirmed.
- Customers should review plan-change information before submitting the change.
- Bubble Fresh will not intentionally hide a price change associated with a customer-requested subscription modification.
- 30. PAUSING A SUBSCRIPTION
- Where available through the Bubble Fresh customer platform, customers may request to pause a subscription.
- The applicable pause options and effect on billing or service availability will be displayed through the customer platform or communicated to the customer.
- A pause is not the same as cancellation.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing the status of their account and subscription.
- 31. CANCELLATION
- Customers may cancel their Bubble Fresh subscription.
- Cancellation is intended to stop future recurring subscription renewals and charges.
- Customers may use the cancellation method available through their Bubble Fresh customer account.
- If the customer cannot access the available account cancellation process, the customer may contact:

- Subscription Cancellation
- A customer should cancel before the next subscription renewal charge is processed to avoid the next recurring charge.
- Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund for the current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, the customer's current billing cycle and remaining service eligibility may be handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the subscription status shown in the customer account.
- Bubble Fresh will not require a customer who subscribed online to call by telephone to request cancellation.
- 32. REFUNDS
- Refund eligibility is governed by the Bubble Fresh Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Customers should review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing a subscription.
- Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.
- Refunds, credits, reprocessing, or other service resolutions may depend on:
- The circumstances of the request
- Whether service was already performed
- Whether pickups were used
- The condition of the laundry
- Available documentation
- The customer's compliance with these Terms
- Applicable law
- Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
- 33. MISSED OR INACCESSIBLE PICKUPS
- Customers are responsible for making the official Bubble Fresh bag reasonably available at the designated location during the selected pickup window.
- If Bubble Fresh cannot complete a pickup because:
- The bag is not present
- The address is incorrect
- Access is blocked
- Required access information is incorrect
- The location is unsafe
- Bubble Fresh may require the customer to reschedule.
- Repeated inaccessible or unsuccessful pickups may result in account review or service suspension.
- Bubble Fresh will not intentionally charge an undisclosed penalty or fee.
- If a fee is introduced for a specific service circumstance, the applicable fee will be disclosed before it is charged when required by law.
- 34. SERVICE REFUSAL
- Bubble Fresh may refuse, suspend, or terminate service when reasonably necessary because of:
- Prohibited items
- Contaminated laundry
- Unsafe conditions
- Threats or abusive conduct
- Fraud
- Unauthorized payment activity
- Repeated violations of these Terms
- Misuse of promotions
- Intentional damage to Bubble Fresh property
- Illegal activity
- Conduct that creates a safety risk for customers, workers, drivers, laundry partners, or others
- When reasonably possible, Bubble Fresh may provide notice of a service suspension or termination.
- Bubble Fresh may take immediate action when a safety, contamination, fraud, or legal risk requires it.
- 35. SERVICE PARTNERS AND PROVIDERS
- Bubble Fresh may use employees, independent service providers, laundry facilities, technology providers, logistics providers, payment processors, or other business partners to support the Bubble Fresh service.
- Use of service providers does not change the customer's obligation to comply with these Terms.
- Bubble Fresh remains responsible for obligations that cannot legally be delegated or excluded.
- 36. CUSTOMER SERVICE CLAIMS
- Customers should inspect delivered laundry as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
- If a customer believes laundry is missing, damaged, or was processed incorrectly, the customer should contact:

- Laundry Service Claim
- To help us investigate, the customer should provide:
- Customer name
- Account email address
- Pickup or service date
- Description of the item
- Description of the issue
- Photographs, when applicable
- Proof of purchase or available value documentation, when relevant
- Customers should not discard, repair, wash again, alter, or otherwise materially change a damaged item before Bubble Fresh has a reasonable opportunity to review the claim, when reasonably possible.
- Customers are encouraged to report service issues within 48 hours after delivery so Bubble Fresh can investigate while service records are recent.
- Failure to report within 48 hours does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived, but a significant delay may affect Bubble Fresh's practical ability to investigate the claim.
- 37. LOST OR DAMAGED LAUNDRY CLAIMS
- Bubble Fresh will review legitimate claims involving accepted laundry that may have been lost or damaged while in Bubble Fresh's custody.
- Bubble Fresh may consider:
- Service records
- Pickup and delivery records
- Available photographs
- Garment condition
- Care labels
- Customer instructions
- Processing information
- Proof of purchase
- Age of the item
- Documented current value
- Normal depreciation
- Other relevant information
- Bubble Fresh does not guarantee reimbursement based on the original retail price of a used garment.
- Sentimental, emotional, collectible, or personal value may not reflect the documented current value of an item.
- Available compensation, service credits, refunds, or other resolutions are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
- 38. DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN DAMAGES
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUBBLE FRESH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
- THIS MAY INCLUDE LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INDIRECT COMMERCIAL LOSSES.
- THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
- 39. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUBBLE FRESH'S LIABILITY FOR A LAUNDRY SERVICE CLAIM WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE CLAIM REVIEW AND COMPENSATION PROVISIONS DESCRIBED IN THE REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY.
- NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY WHERE SUCH EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
- 40. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL
- Bubble Fresh is not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- These events may include:
- Severe weather
- Flooding
- Fire
- Power outages
- Utility interruptions
- Road closures
- Government actions
- Natural disasters
- Public emergencies
- Transportation disruptions
- Equipment failures not reasonably preventable
- Cybersecurity incidents
- Major technology outages
- Labor disruptions
- Other extraordinary events beyond reasonable control
- Bubble Fresh will make reasonable efforts to resume affected services when conditions allow.
- 41. WEBSITE USE
- Customers may not use the Bubble Fresh website or customer platform to:
- Commit fraud
- Provide intentionally false information
- Access another customer's account without authorization
- Attempt to damage the website or platform
- Introduce malicious software
- Interfere with service operations
- Abuse promotions
- Conduct illegal activity
- Attempt to bypass payment requirements
- Bubble Fresh may restrict access when we reasonably believe the website, account system, or service is being misused.
- 42. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- The Bubble Fresh name, logos, branding, graphics, website content, service materials, and other brand elements may be protected by intellectual property laws.
- Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Bubble Fresh branding or protected content without authorization.
- Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Bubble Fresh intellectual property to the customer.
- 43. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- The Bubble Fresh website and service may interact with third-party services, including payment, communication, analytics, hosting, and technology providers.
- Third-party services may maintain their own terms and privacy practices.
- Bubble Fresh is not responsible for the independent acts of a third-party service that are outside Bubble Fresh's reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

- Bubble Fresh's collection and use of personal information is described in the Bubble Fresh Privacy Policy.

- 45. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
- Bubble Fresh may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

- When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

- The customer platform

- Bubble Fresh will not use changes to these Terms to retroactively hide or misrepresent a completed transaction.
- 46. GOVERNING LAW
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another applicable law controls.
- 47. DISPUTES AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Before beginning formal legal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact Bubble Fresh so we have a reasonable opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the issue.

- Customers do not waive non-waivable legal rights by contacting Bubble Fresh regarding a dispute.
- 48. SEVERABILITY
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
- The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law.
- 49. NO WAIVER
- If Bubble Fresh does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not automatically waive our right to enforce the provision later.
- A waiver of one provision or violation does not automatically constitute a waiver of another provision or future violation.
- 50. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, subscription information presented during checkout, and any other terms expressly incorporated into the service, constitute the applicable agreement between the customer and Bubble Fresh regarding the residential subscription service.
- For commercial customers subject to a separate written service agreement, the separate agreement may control where it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
